High Level Decorative Acid Copper Process

The MC COPPER EVOLUTION process was developed with the purpose of obtaining layers of acid copper with excellent gloss and quick leveling for decorative application with an exceptional cost benefit. Being a high performance process, from which layers are obtained with reduced internal tension and good ductility. Its excellent performance promotes layers with a high deposition speed even in low current density zones, this makes it a great option as a base for shiny nickel, even in pieces with deep recesses ideal also to cover pieces of Zamac, Brass and ABS. The copper layers are free of pores, ductile, so they help the other baths together provide good corrosion resistance.
